good riddance 2008

I for one am happy to ring in the new year. This has been one of my least favorites. How many more people will lose their jobs and how many families will have their homes foreclosed on? I have never been so grateful in my life, I wake up everyday thanking God for my job, my family, my job, Punk the Clock, my friends. forget about the lose of all my possesions or my boyfriend or just being burnt out in general since last year. Personally I have never been happier, no longer do I have to answer to anyone, I am always down for something new (to avoid reruns of past scenes from a movie), I have filled up my social calendar to the max for the year end and well I love my work and what I do here at Punk The Clock. Which brings me to this, people who know me, know that mostly all I do is consume my self with my work (both at MS & PTC) well lately I have been coming out of my shell and out from those old movies. Its unnerving, socially awkward and well im always weighing what is about to come out of my mouth. I can never just be ok, or let loose at least with out regret. Why is that? What is that all about? One thing for sure is that I have been exposing myself to some pretty interesting characters, places and so with that I have been exposed to some pretty amzing up and coming talent and new artist for punk the clock to support.
