I want my MTV-INAMERE Monmouth TV that is...

Inamere begins promoting the upcoming Punk The Clock "Property of a Gentleman" tour today at a local TV station in Monmouth County- details to follow on the actual air date...but for us it might go alittle bit like this
Breaking News:
Inamere of Morristown, NJ preparing for the upcoming PUNK THE CLOCK "PROPERTY OF A GENTLEMAN" US TOUR with Secret Lives of the Free Masons, ADAIR, & Karate High School.
Exclusive track from "Inamere" featured on Punk The Clock Volume III "Property of a Gentleman" compilation, a percentage of sales will benefit the "Dear Jack" Foundation. Punk The Clock is supporting Andrew McMahon of Jack's Mannequin/Something Corporate "Dear Jack" fund is a non-profit charitable organization to funding cancer research. Andrew's focused attention on causes that relate to young adult and teenage cancer patients, who often face difficulties in choosing between pediatric and adult treatment protocols. It is his hope to use the Dear Jack fund to provide outreach and assistance to families coping with cancer.
and that was taken straight from this Q card, http://www.dearjackfoundation.com.

It is Punk The Clock's goal to raise 5k-10k USD- friends, let's make a difference here. A huge contribution towards community- That kid could be your best friend, a sister, a brother, a daughter, a son- If your thinking you dont matter, your just a small meek individual now, what thoughts will you have when it's too late. My friends think "compound interest"- this is your generation and there isnt a better time to customize your philosophy! And that my dear is PUNK THE CLOCK!

(and that was the lost q card)

INAMERE-Bloomfield Ave Cafe

If there is one this I know is that INAMERE rocked and charmed some pretty tough critics tonight- hhhmmm Feret? Hmmm could it have Columbia? And one of the Punk The Clock producers- Pick your Poison, with out question the performance is that of earlier day My Chemical Romance and the chemistry of All American Rejects. I'm not afraid to put that statement out there- Go ahead prove me wrong, any takers? www.purevolume.com/inamere www.myspace.com/inamere

Ps Pat I told you to move those chords!

Property of A Gentleman PTC V3

I'm not one to rant, complain, bitch or fly off the handle (I think I need to run)-ok I'm lying-
But the lineup for POAG has taken on a life of its own-
We have already advertised The Transit Wars, RedGun Radar, The Cover Up, you read about our exclusives from Valencia on AbsolutePunk, and you know that Pictures in Pieces have introduced us, officially, to David Dickens + Thunderdome Touring, and ofcourse David of Rocker booking. You also probly heard how much Punk The Clock supports Inamere (Morristown, NJ) fully

Just asking

Just asking:
-Which band that lives less than 30 minutes from "07960", has a transatlantic label, and the lead singer recorded his final album over a year ago, it still isnt released, and the band is still waiting on that tour support.
-Which boys next door hired a stretch hummer to take 30 friends to a private 2 am screening of "Borat"? Friends my have been known to be chemically imbalanced.

I heard the new album today-

My Chemical Romance recently performed tracks off The Black Parade at a studio and you can see the results on AOL now. Click here to watch it.

And after you've done that, you can get ready to catch them perform two songs on Saturday Night Live, which airs this Saturday. Weird, huh? John C. Reilly is hosting, and he rules. Especially in "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby."

The Black Parade...the new album from My Chemical Romance - coming October 24th / October 23rd internationally.

So I heard The Black Parade today, it has been sitting in my apartment since weds. night, and I swear if you know anything about My Chemical Romance you will get the album. Even if you have already downloaded it you will be moved to purchase The Black Parade, just purchase the cd already.
It is not so obvious that MCR is an island unto themselves, The Black Parade resonates to me like the first two. I brought you my bullets you brought me your love and Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. It has nothing to do with the cult or the jersey I just do- Well they are going to be on SNL tonight ( I so want to kno where the hell th eafter party is). Well Punk The Clock has to get ready for a huge week ahead of us, such as big huge big HUGE meeting this week! Cheers and just by the fucking album Tuesday, 10/24/2006

I have absolutely zero, nada, nothing, zilch permission to reprint the following:

Vol 3!!

All that we can say is that you need to get excited.

Volume 3 is on the way, and we have some suprises for all of you...

In other news, on Sunday, Anberlin played at The School of Rock in New Jersey and it was a great time had by all.
The show opened up with The Bank Robbers playing songs off their new CD. It was good to see them progress into what they are now. They also shared a story that involved bottles, touring, peeing, and Anberlin.
The second band was Inamere. If you haven't heard of them, you should. They absolutely blew everyone there away. They played their hearts out and were so tight, it was as if they were out on tour for the past 6 months. You have to check them out now!
The Classic Crime was up next. They started the show with a bang and continued the energy throughout the set. They definitely got the crowd ready for Anberlin.
With a huge rush of adrenaline, Anberlin hit the stage. The room was small, and Stephen just took command of the crowd. They played their heart out and I think Nate lost 10 pounds just rocking out behind his drumset. They had enough energy to play Runaway Girl as an encore. It was amazing.

Overall it was a very Punk The Clock filled night.

And we leave you with a "homework" assignment, check out these bands:
The Bank Robbers
Inamere
The Classic Crime
Anberlin

Thank you for everything.

The Silver Bullet tour

Last night could of been one of the best shows I have been to in the longest time. Haste the Day with Scary Kids Scaring Kids at the Hamilton Street Cafe, what a kick ass bill. We trekked out early to be met with a line that stretched way across the parking lot, and for once I just wanted to observe and not draw attention with a super 10 outfit and made up to the nines, usually dictated by the scene. Instead just comfortable in my uber pink paws, black parachute pants and basic t. Keeping the downlow, progressive and organic -after a day of meeting with artist to discuss the album artwork, I was bit punked out.
Mission: Surprise Pouyan and catch the legendary SKSK live performance. Have you heard their album? It is the sleeper album of the year, clockers. So get your arse out to any record store USA and pick up "City Sleeps In Flames" (Immortal Records). Next stop for these guys is the UK and F-whoa, does the F-Queen even have a clue what her subjects are in for? God save the Queen and God help the UK. Something tells me the Brits will embrace SKSK. If any one happens to capture live footage let us know. Im sure the guys would appreciate the clips as well.
Note to self: To teach myself the art of utilizing the "Guest List" in advance.

Stay tuned as we will be posting Punk The Clock exclusive interview with Pouyan shortly.

Somewhere "OVER IT"

Countdown to "Step Out Side Yourself" OVER IT August 29 2006-

Punk The Clock has been a long time supporter of "Over It". These guys have had us rocking for about three years now. If you've been under some sort of punkrock and havent heard them might I suggest www.myspace.com/overit or www.overitonline.com and www.absolutepunk.net you can't miss the Tate's touch. Witness the history about to be made from a band who took the risk then and are sure to take it a step outside themselves in the future- thumbs up
Much success Over It rainbow!

Forever In Fall/Bottom Line/The Summer Obsession

Last night I was fortunate to catch Forever In Fall supporting Bottom Line and The Summer Obsession. FIF stage performance is all out heart and soul- it was obvious from the rif one check 2 that this band is out to break all records, advancing hard core to pay their dues. I definately get the sense that the stage is too small if not confining for lead singer Ola (spell check). Track 1,2,3 caught my attention but something was missing, and then fslammed by the last song in the set-4!-im going to screw this up "how fast can u climb up the mountain" (how about myspace.com/foreverinfall) my point is think The Academy Is-"Checkmarks". FIF have signature, stage presence combined with earnest charisma and can easily command the crowd-and it completely without exception unfolded right in front of me. Thanks Russ-I get them! These guys need to be in the studio dammit straight from this tour---IMPRESSED- where did these guys come from and what pop rock have I been under? 2 years, 1 year full warp, second arena.

Smoke break: chat with Casey, one of my favorites-all time, of Xcess DB ent. to ease my nerves and we start to talk about Punk The Clock v3- I start to fcringe, and the panikrush hits as usual because #1
I'm extremely introverted, and my thoughts just unwind #2 I don't want to talk about production until its finished and then I won't have to talk about it cvause...Its like I'm in the middle of my everything and its so personal I can't speak. And now I know whjy I use to drink to get drunk and not have to talk. I haven't had one drop since may 22.

"Now if we can turn up all the monitors...check 1 Check 2...hey NJ we are Bottom Line" and immediately my eyes are hypnotized by bassist Greg Yock-top 5 bassist no argument. Fbrilliant. Enough.

The Summer Obsession, perhaps it is obvious, and maybe I like cocky. TSO will definately be headlining to the masses soon enough-Geeetttt Seeeetttt Ready
HA-

-i cannot believe I almost missed these groups thank you Ruiss for making this happen!

And purevolume this rocked.

Justin's not DEAD-

VooDoo Blue's Justin in accident

----------------

directly from the guys in VooDoo Blue.

”Justin's not dead

It sounds like a bad dream. Friday night on the way to Dan's house to pack the van and hit the road, Justin was in a pretty bad car accident. Everything is fine, please don't freak out, he was released from shock trauma around 2am that night (it was just a precaution, he only has a concussion, and a bunch of scrapes and bruises). Justin and all of us send our love and apologies to everyone that we are going to miss out on seeing. But we are taking things one day at a time, not wanting to cancel our whole tour we are going to cancel only a few shows as of now. We promise to keep everyone up to date.”

The band is scheduled to tour with Near Miss.  Justin has medical appointments set up for today to determine if there is more damage to his head/brain. He'll want to start playing as soon as possible but right now he can't and there's no way of knowing when he can, we will wait to see what the doctors say. Current tour dates are being canceled a few days ahead of time as the band waits to see when Justin will be ready.  We are keeping our fingers crossed that he is fine and there is no serious damage and the band will be able to continue their tour and visit their fans.  Justin and all of us appreciate all of the support.

Rock Bottom

And now we can add "ACCEPTANCE" to the pit of Rock Bottoms broken dreams, broken hearts, broken promise and just broken down! This personally sucks for PTC founder Catjia. ACCEPTANCE "Permanent" was the first track off of Punk The Clock v1 and the first show I caught at the Continental NYC. Like so many other bands that have been hitting the road in the last 3 years, vivacious stage performance and the fast track to superstardom, Jason we will miss you farvel and thank you for epitomizing the death of your rockstar, I guess nothing is permanent.

(The scene from almost famous flashes in my head) woooooo "your home"

Acceptance has left us with the entire album to download from purevolume free-thank you for the going away present. www.purevolume.com/acceptance

-40 bands 26 that we salute on Punk the Clocks V1 and V2 here have hit ROCK BOTTOM in the last 2 years. Meaning bands members are swinging through the door at warp speed Somehow I have a feeling were not in Kansas anymore.

Yellowcard
Don't look Down
For Felix
